What Ozil AI collects when you make a video, who handles your photo, and how to have it deleted.

The short version
You upload one photo, it is turned into one video, and you download it. Your photo is used only to make that video, is never published, and is deleted automatically 7 days after upload.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address and name, from the sign-in method you choose.
- The photo you upload — the one picture you add to make a video.
- The video made for you — kept in your account so you can download it again.
- Purchase records — what you bought and when. Card details go straight to Stripe (or PayPal, if you choose it at checkout). We never see or store a full card number.
- Basic usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and error logs, so we can keep the site working.
Who handles your photo
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores uploads and finished videos.
- Runware (runware.ai) renders the clip with a ByteDance video model. Your photo and a fixed description of the scene are sent to it for that single render, and for no other purpose we authorize.
- Stripe handles card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments; PayPal handles payment if you choose it at checkout.
- Google handles sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photo or your video in ads, examples or galleries.
How long we keep things
Uploaded photos are kept for 7 days after upload, so we can help if something goes wrong with your video, and are then deleted automatically. Your finished video stays in your account so you can download it again. Email us from the address on your account and we will delete your video, or the whole account, within 30 days.
Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. If analytics are switched on, they count visits without building an advertising profile of you.
Whose photo you may upload
Only upload a photo of yourself, or of an adult who gave you permission to use it. This is a condition of using the site; see the Terms of Service.
Children
The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used it, email us and we will remove the account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
