What this site does

Ozil AI makes one AI video from one photo you upload. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mesut Özil, Arsenal, PFC Ludogorets, UEFA or any other rights holder. Every video is AI-generated, not real match footage.

Whose photo you may upload

You may upload only:

• a photo of yourself, or
• a photo of an adult who gave you permission to use it.

You may not upload photos of children, photos of celebrities or strangers taken from the internet, or anything sexual, hateful or illegal. Before a video is made you confirm with a checkbox that the photo shows you, or an adult who agreed to it. Photos of celebrities are not allowed. We may remove content and close accounts that break this rule.

You are responsible for what you upload and for where you post the result.

Payment

• Each video is paid for once. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
• The price is shown on the site before you pay.
• Payment is handled by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), or by PayPal if you choose it at checkout.

The video you make

The video is yours to download and post. AI video is not exact: faces, hands and details can come out differently from your photo.

Our content

The site, its text and its design belong to us. Do not copy them or resell access to the service.

Availability

We try to keep the site running, but we do not promise it will always be available. The video model is run by a third party and can be slow or unavailable at times.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
